Romantic Walden Hall Wedding | Virginia and European Wedding Photographer

WOW HI! what a WHIRLWIND of a summer, I’ve had so much to share recently and just haven’t had the time to sit down and share any of my new content. To all my couples I got to work with this summer: I cherish you and have been so STOKED to share these weddings, but it’s been crazy and I’m so sorry! haha. The reason it’s been so crazy is because I just moved to Paris, France for the year!! I’m so stoked to be here, and trying to advertise myself here, as well as explore and do some photo work—all while working a 9-5! craziness.

Anyways! just popping in to share a wedding I photographed back at the beginning of August. I have 3 other weddings and an elopement to share from this summer, but I decided to start with the last one I photographed just for kicks.

Isabel and Michael truly are two of the most in-love people I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. These two are so sweet and genuine, and their wedding was absolutely full of laughter and fun! Their love is such an incredible representation of the Gospel and it was so beautiful to witness. I’ve been so excited to share these and can’t wait to put them out in the world! So many of these gorgeous details belonged to Isabel’s mom from her wedding day! These sentimental things are are my favorite things.

One of the funniest moments of this day was when the bride and best man teamed up to prank the groom. For the prank, the best man put on his mom’s wedding dress and they staged a fake first look. The results were hilarious. Check ‘em out!
