Rainy Fall Northern Virginia Wedding || Virginia Wedding Photographer

It’s been a WHILE since I’ve blogged! (clearly, considering this wedding was from November! haha). It’s been a crazy 4 months, between taking my hardest undergraduate classes, graduating from college, shooting weddings, working, and trying to figure out where I’m going next year. I’m excited to finally be graduated and done with school hopefully forever!

ANYWAYS! back to the good stuff!

Ashley and Grant are seriously one of the sweetest couples! I got to photograph their engagement session a few months ago, and it’s been one of my most loved sessions! (Check it out here!) These two have the most genuine love, and I’d been looking forward to their wedding since the day that they emailed me!

Ashley and Grant got married at a camp that meant a lot to both of them. If you know anything about me, you know, I love the outdoors. Taking photos in the woods is inspiring to me and as a natural light photographer, I knew that this wedding would be an absolute dream! Even though Virginia threw us her rainiest, coldest weather, this day was still so magical. Check it out below!

After the ceremony, we ventured out to capture some couples pictures, but it was FREEZING and POURING haha.

Fun fact about this one: my lens was all foggy from sitting outside and then coming back in, and when I pulled it out to use it, I was so confused! but I think it made for a pretty cool effect!
